Patient engagement survey now open across Greater Manchester MSK services

Posted by: philippa - Posted on:

We are supporting a new patient engagement survey focused on musculoskeletal services across Greater Manchester.

The survey helps shape the future MSK strategy by capturing real patient experience across the full care journey. It looks at how people access services, how care feels at each stage, and where improvements matter most to patients.

Your feedback supports stronger patient involvement and sets a clear baseline for ongoing engagement. It also helps ensure voices from different services and settings get heard.

What the survey covers:
• Your experience across the MSK pathway
• What works well
• Where care needs to improve
• How patients want to stay involved in future service design

Who should take part:
• Patients who have used MSK services
• People currently accessing MSK care
• Anyone with lived experience of MSK pathways

How to take part:
• The survey is voluntary
• Responses are anonymous
• You can leave contact details if you want further involvement

The survey stays open until 1st March 2026, with the option to extend if needed.

Clinicians and frontline teams can help by sharing the link with patients where appropriate. Use text messages, emails, or letters.
